WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Website

  • Placing an order on our website gives you more payment options such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, Cash On Delivery and bank deposits via Bank of the Philippins Islands (BPI) or Banco De Oro (BDO). It captures all information needed for us to provide you a smooth transaction with less waiting time.  


Facebook Messenger

  • We accept order through Facebook Messenger. Orders placed here can be paid with bank deposit or ordered as Cash On Delivery.


Instagram

  • Since we can not automatically check our Instagram inbox, we suggest using another channel for faster service. Again direct purchases via the website is recommended.


Telephone

  • You can call or text us at +63 915 987 6077 (Globe and Touch Mobile) or at +63 939 904 1218 (Smart, Sune and Talk 'N' Text). Orders placed here can be paid with bank deposis or ordered as Cash On Delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Credit & Debit Cards

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped. 


Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • We accept COD for all orders within the Philippines.


PayPal

  • Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. 


Bank Deposit

  • Send complete order form together with name, contact number and email address. We will provide quotation; please make sure it's correct. Make bank deposit and send picture of deposit slip where you got the quotation (Messenger, Viber or phone).

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

Shipping

  • Shipping within Metro Manila 2 to 4 business days
  • Shipping in rest of the Philippines within 4 to 7 business days
  • International shipping coming soon
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • Purchases are delivered with a complimentary SHIQ dust bag, with the exception of certain items


Returns & Exchanges

  • Un-used items can be returned within 7 days


Instagram

  • Since we can not automatically check our Instagram inbox, we suggest using another channel for faster service. Again direct purchases via the website is recommended.


Debossment 

  • Regular Season: Debossing schedule is every Tuesday and Thursday. Your orders will be shipped out these days.
  • November & December: Debossing is done daily. Our sales associate will be getting in touch with you for shipment date, It should only take 2-4 days.
